You further agree to apprise yourself of recent changes to the Terms of Service through periodic reviews of viedose.com.

viewdose.com reserves the right to terminate any account without any notice or reason, at any given time and without a refund of purchases. viewdose.com also reserves the right to reset the credits balance, and remove affiliates of users who haven’t been active in the latest 24 months.

2. Service

viewdose.com’s sole purpose is to promote YouTube videos.

All videos submitted into our rotation must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

You may not knowingly exploit bugs in our system.

You may only use the official client from ViewDose.

You may not sell your ViewDose account.

ViewDose does not make any guarantees that exact views requested will show up. The time to fulfil each order varies.

viewdose.com reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

By purchasing our “Service(s)” you agree that:

1. you will not run multiple campaigns with any other companies or persons that may interfere with our services.
2. any estimated timeline provided is just a simple guideline in terms of the number of days your marketing campaign will take to successfully finish and not a guaranteed duration.
3. you will not be able to pause your campaign and restart at a later stage
4. you may not change, modify and/or remove your account/video while your marketing campaign is running.

Doing so may cause an interruption of our service and will result in the termination of service and ineligible for any type of refund.

3. Registration and Website Use

You fully agree and understand by accepting these Terms of Service, that you are at least 18 years of age, or 13 years of age or older with parental permission. By purchasing any Services from viewdose.com, you agree to pay the indicated purchase price and further agree that you will not use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose whatsoever.

viewdose.com shall keep confidential any information you submit to the Company as it relates to the processing of any order for Services.

4. YouTube

You may only use viewdose.com in a manner where all agreements made with YouTube and YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service are complied with. The videos you are putting into our system, may not contain – pornography, sexually explicit content, abuse of animals, abuse of drugs and racism, scams, copyrighted content or anything not allowed in YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

5. Liability

viewdose.com shall in no way be held responsible or liable, if YouTube decides to suspend or delete your account and/or delete your videos.

6. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ViewDose and its administration from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to ViewDose (ii) your violation of any term in these Terms of Service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that content created or endorsed by you caused damage to a third party. This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of ViewDose.

7. Suspension of User Accounts

Notwithstanding other legal remedies that may be available, the Company may in its sole discretion, limit the User’s access and/or activity by immediately removing the User’s access credentials either temporarily or indefinitely, or suspend/terminate the User’s association with the Platform, and/or refuse to usage of the Platform to the User, without being required to provide the User with notice or cause:

1. If the User is in breach any of these Terms or the Policy;
2. If the User has provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information;
3. If the User’s actions may cause any harm, damage or loss to the other Users or to the Company, at the sole discretion of the Company.

8. Refund Policy

Our aim to provide you with the best services and for you to be 100% satisfied with them. Our services are final and non-refundable. We will issue a refund only in following cases:

1. If we are unable to start your order within 72 hours.
2. Product malfunction – Please report malfunction to viewdose@gmail.com while the service is still active, so that the malfunction can be verified.

In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services please write to us at viewdose@gmail.com. We will find the best solution for you.
